Exchange Hosting is a service that offer to our customers if they want to oursource their Exchange infrastructure.

This gives you the mailbox & support of a large organisation, but at a fraction of the price of setting up the equivalent mail server and the maintenance involved in keeping it working on a small scale for your own business.

We will be your first point of contact for set-ups and technical support, a basic mailbox is £8 per mailbox per month. This would need to be put against the cost of having an internal Exchange box with hardware and licences the cost of support and ownership will be a much less over a year.

Blackberry support is provided if needed, as is full Pocket PC mobile support for other handheld devices. This means that you can check your email from your home PC, synch it on the move via your mobile phone, viewing calendars, emails and shared contacts as you go. If you have access to an internet cafe, you can check your mail via Outlook 2003 web access, which is greatly improved over version 2000. Overall, a more flexible solution for your business.
