Sadly, we too got the chair from Mr Robinson; our chair was delivered but does not work; my father raised the complaint and in May he died. I am now trying to get hold of a PCB board or a name of an engineer who can fix the chair for my mother (the chair is still under warranty but was bought using a debit card)

To all those who have lost their money ...I checked my invoice it is with OSIM UK and not Indigo; does this mean OSIM (UK) are liable and not the trading arm
