I'm a bit disappointed to see other people in similar situations. I only fear that we are seeing the tip of the iceberg and most people are still out of a chair or otherwise. I have read some very encouraging comments by other users here on how they have managed to contact Francis at FK marketing.

Could anyone please tell me how to get in touch (phone number or otherwise) with Francis Leo? I have a broken i-squeeze machine that's still under warranty. I'd like to order a new chair as well and this seems to be the best way at the moment.
