runPCrun acts as a "one-stop shop" for all IT related matters for your company like an in-house IT department.
Our aim is to save you from having to deal with any of it or be in the middle of "it's not our problem, talk to X" type scenarios. Naturally we cannot keep everything in-house, so certain products, services and skills we do outsource to the best of breed in that sector. (And as we are managing them, we want good products that have few problems and/or enable us to solve them easily if there are).
We can provide and manage the broadband so we can ensure your business stays online, provide the workstations, servers and equipment to use this Internet connection. Ensure the antivirus on the PC's is installed, and up-to-date. Provide and configure your email while making sure that any large mailshots are sent via a suitable system with reporting facilities (and ensures your server doesn't get blacklisted as a spam IP). We can make sure you have remote file access and that your files are backed up.
We can even provide your phone system or provide training on how to use it all.
