The Voxhub service can simplify the phone system by reducing the number of physical phone lines that you have, therefore saving on line rental costs. the low call rates, per second billing and low minimum call charge can also reduce your usage costs and the flexible service will allow your phones to work seamlessly in different locations (satellite and home offices).
The features that are supplied with the service will allow you to choose whether to have voicemail or a fax to email service for individuals and teams. Using the web interface you can also define which phones you would like to ring when people call internally and externally and you can create multiple rules for a call centre and other teams defining IVRs, opening times, hunt groups and diverts. You will not have to dial "9" for an outside line and you will be able to make and receive multiple calls at the same time using any of your numbers.
Calls between VoxHub sites are free of charge and various hotdesk scenarios are available to enable flexible team and remote working. The VoxHub solution uses dedicated VoIP only connectivity and local network infrastructure for your main site so that call quality is unaffected by computer network traffic or general internet congestion. We can set up the service for you before activation so that the migration process from your current system is seamless and there will be no loss of service.
